  This business is dodgy. Their staff are too young to give decent advice and they are unempowered when there are issues with products. They sold me a bag of specialised bird food for $130 which was past it's Best Before date and even though I had a letter from the manufacturer stating that the food was no longer good to use, they still refused to give me a refund or even a discount! I had to throw 3kg of specialist bird food in the bin. The manager would not even return my calls or letters and I had to get the Dept of Fair Trading to try to convince him to do the right thing. He still refused however. I hope this business goes broke due to poor customer service.
